Description

The crisp variety Lady Britta can be processed during early season thanks to the early maturity. Lady Britta is also excellent for storage thanks to the low residual sugar content in the tuber. The beautiful deep yellow flesh color, the flat eyes and uniform grading size are additional positive characteristics. These variety characteristics result in high yields during processing to finished product. The variety is extremely suitable for growing on sandy soils.
